24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
All no-show, late cancellation, and late arrival are subject to a service fee of up to 100% of service price. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes may not be able to receive services and may be charged up to 100% of service.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT remove acrylic, SNS, dip acrylic powder, extensions or hard gels as these materials are not in alignment with our non-toxic approach to nail care. Please do not arrive with any of these materials on your nails it will result in cancellation of your appointment and you will be subject to full charge for nail services booked. Thank you-
