Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointments so you may have time to grab a beverage, use the restroom, or change into a robe if needed before your scheduled time.
CANCELLATION (No Show) POLICY Spruce has a 24 hr cancellation policy. If you need to move or cancel your appointment for any reason please give us at least 24 hrs notice so we can refill that time we reserved for you. Less than 24hr notice subject to cancellation fee of up to the full price of service booked. Flu season: we understand people get sick, so do stylists! If you believe you have a contagious condition please give us 24 hrs notice if you can, contact your stylist to reschedule, AND GET WELL!
LATE FOR APPOINTMENT We love a text heads-up if you are running a few minutes late. We will try to do the same.
All no-show, late cancellation, and late arrival are subject to up to a 100% of service fee.
CHILD POLICY
-Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. For this reason NO children under 12 are allowed unless receiving services.
Our goal at SPRUCE is that everyone have the best experience when visiting... that includes parents! We want you to be able to relax and get the most out of your time here. Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. We kindly request only those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children MUST act like Little Adults (12+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, they may wait in the provided seating area. This policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience.
PHONES/PADS/LAPTOPS
We are more than happy to have you work during your visit. We just kindly ask that you turn the ringer/sound off. We may ask you step away while you are on the phone. Some services may be paused but please note due to service timing limitations, incomplete services my result.
